Insurance:
This practice is currently out of network with insurance plans, but I can provide superbills for clients to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
No Surprises Act:
You have a right to receive an estimate of the expected cost of therapy services, called a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE). You may request a GFE before scheduling a service or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you have the right to dispute the bill.
