Areas of Focus:
Anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, relationship stress, family conflict, life transitions, school and work stress, questions of meaning and purpose, LGBTQ+ concerns, and stress management.
Therapy Approaches:
I use an integrative approach, drawing from several evidence-based models to tailor therapy to each client’s needs. I integrate the education and practical skills of ACT, CBT, and DBT with the deeper exploration of psychodynamic therapy. When helpful, I use exposure-based therapies, including ERP and prolonged exposure (PE), to help clients reduce avoidance and build confidence.
On Treatment:
Everyone's therapy journey is unique. Session frequency and treatment length can vary, and we'll develop a plan collaboratively based on your goals, needs, and preferences.
Your Location:
Sessions are held virtually via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. As long as you're in a secure, private space, you can attend sessions from anywhere in New Jersey or Pennsylvania.

I received my master's degree in social work (2023), an Excellence in Social Work Practice Award (2022), and my undergraduate degree in psychology (2010) from the University of Pittsburgh.
